Case Management

More

Respite Volunteers' staff can provide education about in-home and senior services, eplaining low and no cost services, support & education groups, and evaluate how to improve outcomes. An in-home assessment is provided, and education given on other resources available. If a volunteer  is requested, a second home assessment is done, a Meet & Greet with the volunteer, person & family. Once the volunteer is in place, a case manager monitors the situation, and continues to offer  suggestions. Call us  at 989-725-1127.
